Billing is per unit. Every room and every public area your team looks after in HSO counts as one unit.

Lobby, breakfast room, toilets, corridors or stairwells. Every area that is cleaned regularly is one unit.
Graduated per property
The tiers apply per property. The first 40 units at the first rate, the next 60 at the second, everything above at the third.

Partner rate

Does HSO work with my PMS?
If your PMS offers an interface (API), we build the connection at no extra cost. Without an interface, HSO takes the data from your PMS export.
Where is my data stored?
In data centres in the EU, and processing follows the GDPR. HSO takes no guest names from the PMS, only the room, arrival and departure.
Do all my employees need a company email address?
No. Employees can be invited with any email address. The account then belongs to them, not their employer: they edit their details and profile picture themselves and exercise their data protection rights themselves, up to deleting their personal data. What they record at work, such as room statuses, inspections and reports, stays in HSO with the businesses they worked for, also after they leave. They only get access to a property by invitation.
