1. Controller and processor
The app is used by hotels, housekeeping providers and other businesses for the work of their staff.

2. Which data is processed
- Account data: first name, last name, email address, password, your roles in the properties you work for, and, if you add one, a profile picture.
- Work data: the rooms and tasks assigned to you or completed by you, when you started and finished work on a task, room statuses, inspections, damage reports and found items with descriptions, photos and comments, and a log of who made which change and when.
- Error reports: When an error occurs in the app, it sends a report with technical details about the device and the app and the error message. The report contains no personal data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Account data and work data are used to assign, complete and document the work at the property. The legal basis follows from your relationship with the controller, as a rule your employment or service relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Error reports are used to find and fix errors in the app (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Recipients and storage location
- Translation: Texts you enter, such as descriptions and comments, are translated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, in the European Union.
- Storage location: The data is stored on servers in the European Union.
5. Permissions on the device
- Camera: for photos in damage reports and found items, and for your profile picture.
- Photos: to choose existing photos.
The app does not ask for your location, uses no analytics or advertising services and sends no push notifications.
6. Data on your device
So that the app also works without a network, it stores data on your device. You can delete this data by uninstalling the app or by deleting the app’s data in your device’s settings.
7. Security
- Only signed-in people can access data, and only the properties and data their role allows.
8. Retention and deletion
- Work data: How long it is kept is decided by the controller according to the statutory retention periods that apply to it. After the contract ends, we delete the data or hand it back, as the controller instructs.
- Error reports are deleted after 28 days.
- Deleting your account: Deleting in the app takes effect immediately. We process email requests within one month. Backups keep the data for at most 35 days. Work entries stay with the businesses but then show neither your name nor your profile picture. The details are on the page Delete account.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to object. If your account belongs to a business, please contact that business or us: we pass your request on to the business and let you know that we have done so.
